FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

About Our Products

Q: Are your products authentic?
A: Yes, absolutely. Every product we sell is 100% authentic and sourced from established, verified suppliers. We never sell counterfeit, gray market, or tampered products. Your baby's safety is our top priority.

Q: Why choose European baby formula over American formula?
A: European baby food regulations are stricter than American standards in several important ways. The EU mandates DHA in all infant formulas, sets strict limits on sugar content, prohibits many synthetic additives permitted in the US, and requires higher organic certification standards. European formulas from brands like HiPP, Holle, and Kendamil have been trusted by families for decades.

Q: Are European formulas safe for my baby?
A: Yes. European baby formulas meet rigorous EU safety and nutrition standards. Many pediatricians in the United States are familiar with and recommend European formulas. However, we always recommend consulting with your pediatrician before starting or switching any formula.

Q: What is the difference between formula stages (PRE, 1, 2, 3, 4)?
A: Formula stages correspond to your baby's age and nutritional needs. Stage PRE and Stage 1 are for newborns from birth. Stage 2 is a follow-on formula for babies from 6 months. Stage 3 is for babies from 10 months. Stage 4 is growing-up milk for toddlers 12 months and older. Each stage adjusts protein, iron, and nutrient levels to match your baby's development.

Q: What is the difference between cow milk, goat milk, and A2 milk formula?
A: Cow milk formula is the most common and suitable for most babies. Goat milk formula has smaller fat globules and softer protein curds, making it easier to digest — a good option for babies with mild cow milk sensitivity. A2 milk formula contains only A2 beta-casein protein, which some research suggests is easier to digest than A1 protein. Goat milk formula is NOT suitable for babies with confirmed cow milk protein allergy.

Q: How do I choose the right formula for my baby?
A: Start with a standard cow milk formula in the appropriate stage for your baby's age. If your baby experiences digestive discomfort, consider goat milk or comfort formula. For allergies or severe sensitivity, consult your pediatrician about hypoallergenic options. We are always happy to help guide you — contact us for personalized recommendations.

Q: How should I store baby formula?
A: Store unopened formula in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, use within 3-4 weeks (check individual product packaging for specific instructions). Always seal the can tightly after each use. Do not refrigerate dry formula powder.

Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
A: All products are shipped with a minimum of 3 months remaining shelf life. Most formula cans have 12-18 months of shelf life from the date of manufacture. Expiration dates are clearly printed on all packaging.
