Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of baby food and formula products, we cannot accept returns on opened items for health and safety reasons.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unopened and in original, sealed packaging
• In the same condition as received
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. You will not need to return the damaged item.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and provide instructions for returning the wrong item at our expense.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange unopened products for a different item. Contact us to arrange an exchange. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
• Opened or used products
• Products past their expiration date
• Items purchased more than 14 days ago
• Gift cards

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard return process.
