Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are usually processed the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories may require additional transit time.

Packaging & Product Safety
We take extra care in packaging all baby products. Formula cans and glass jars are individually wrapped and cushioned to prevent damage during transit. Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with appropriate packaging to maintain quality.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real time through the carrier's website. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us with your order number.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding to international destinations in the future.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products in perfect condition.
