Aptamil Pepti MCT 450 g is a specialised extensively hydrolysed formula (EHF) for the dietary management of cow's milk protein allergy (CMPA) combined with fat malabsorption (e.g. short bowel syndrome, cystic fibrosis, intestinal lymphangiectasia, chylothorax). Suitable from birth as a sole source of nutrition.
Contains extensively hydrolysed whey proteins (broken down into small peptides that don't trigger most CMPA reactions) and MCT (medium-chain triglycerides) — 50% of the fat blend from coconut/palm-derived MCT for easier absorption when long-chain fats are difficult to digest.

🧪 Ingredients
Glucose syrup, medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) from coconut and/or palm oil, whey protein hydrolysate (from milk), vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, high oleic sunflower oil), fish oil, Mortierella alpina oil, calcium phosphate, potassium chloride, sodium citrate, magnesium chloride, choline chloride, calcium hydroxide, calcium chloride, sodium chloride, taurine, L-cysteine, vitamin C, inositol, ferrous sulphate, zinc sulphate, L-tryptophan, L-carnitine, vitamin E, niacin, pantothenic acid, copper sulphate, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, riboflavin, folic acid, potassium iodide, vitamin K, biotin, sodium selenite, vitamin D3, vitamin B12.

🍼 How to Prepare
1. Wash hands and sterilise all feeding equipment.
2. Boil fresh drinking water and let it cool to approx. 40°C.
3. Measure the required volume of water into a sterilised bottle.
4. Add the correct number of level scoops of powder — use the leveller, do not press.
5. Cap and shake vigorously for ~10 seconds until fully dissolved.
6. Cool under running cold water. Check temperature on inner wrist before feeding.
Aptamil Pepti MCT may have a slight off-white colour and characteristic smell due to the hydrolysed protein — this is normal. Discard any leftover formula after feeding. Use within 4 weeks of opening.
