🍼 How to Prepare
1. Boil fresh water and allow it to cool slightly.
2. Mix the cereal with breast milk, formula, or warm water in a bowl.
3. Stir well and allow to swell to the desired consistency.
4. Check temperature before serving.

• From 6 months: 45g (4 tbsp) + 140ml liquid = 185g serving
• From 8 months: 50g (4–5 tbsp) + 155ml liquid = 205g serving
