🍼 How to Prepare
1. Boil fresh water and allow it to cool.
2. Mix cereal powder with breast milk, formula, or warm water.
3. Stir thoroughly and let the porridge swell to a smooth texture.
4. Always check temperature before feeding.

Suitable from 5 months. Sample portions:
• From 5–6 months: start with 45g (4 tbsp) + 140ml liquid = 185g serving
• From 8 months: 50g (4–5 tbsp) + 155ml liquid = 205g serving
