Enriched with vitamin B1 for normal nervous system function. No added sugars, flavourings, colourings, or preservatives — a pure and mild start to weaning.

🍼 How to Prepare
1. Boil fresh water and let it cool to a safe temperature.
2. Mix cereal powder with breast milk, infant formula, or warm water.
3. Stir well and let the porridge swell to a smooth texture.
4. Always check the temperature before feeding.
📅 Feeding Guide
Suitable from 4 months. Sample portions:
• From 4 months: start with 1–2 teaspoons
• From 6 months: 45g (4 tbsp) + 140ml liquid = 185g serving
• From 8 months: 50g (4–5 tbsp) + 155ml liquid = 205g serving
