1. Wash hands thoroughly and sterilise the bottle, teat and ring in boiling water for 10 minutes.
2. Boil fresh drinking water and cool to approx. 40–50°C (104–122°F).*
3. Pour the cooled water into the bottle in the required quantity (see feeding table).
4. Fill the measuring spoon and level off the formula powder. Add the recommended amount to the bottle. 1 level scoop ≈ 4 g.
5. Close the bottle and shake vigorously several times.
6. Cool to a drinking temperature of approx. 37°C (98.6°F). Test the temperature before feeding.

*To avoid damaging the natural lactic acid bacteria, please do not prepare the formula with water that’s too hot.

Standard dilution: 1 scoop (4 g) per 30 ml water. After opening, use within 3 weeks. Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Do not heat in the microwave (risk of scalding). Do not reuse leftover milk.

Babies require approx. 5 meals a day. With each new and fully introduced baby food meal, a bottle feeding should be omitted. Your baby does not necessarily have to drink the bottle completely.
