1. Shake the bottle well before opening.
2. Pour the desired amount into a clean, sterilised feeding bottle.
3. Warm gently to drinking temperature (approx. 37°C / 98.6°F) in a bottle warmer or warm water bath. Do not use a microwave.
4. Test the temperature before feeding your baby.

Once opened, use immediately. Do not reheat or reuse leftover formula. Store unopened bottles at room temperature.
