Preparation for all powdered formulas (consistent with US FDA guidelines): Boil water and allow to cool down to 120°F (50°C). Pour 1/2 of the total required water into a clean, sterilized bottle. Add the correct number of leveled scoops of powder (1 leveled scoop per 1 oz / 30ml of water). Close the bottle and shake vigorously to mix. Add the remaining 1/2 of water to the bottle and shake again. Cool to drinking temperature (~98°F / 37°C) and ALWAYS test temperature before feeding. Important: Discard prepared formula after one hour. Do not microwave. After opening, use powder within 2–3 weeks.
