1. Use freshly boiled water for each feeding and allow it to cool to 120°F (50°C) before mixing. 2. Pour 2/3 of the required water into a clean, sterilized bottle. 3. Use the enclosed scoop (1 level scoop per 1 oz/30ml of water). 4. Add the correct number of leveled scoops of powder and close the bottle. 5. Shake vigorously until powder is completely dissolved. 6. Add remaining water and shake again. 7. Cool to drinking temperature (approximately 98°F or 37°C) and test before feeding. Once opened, use within 2-3 weeks. Do not microwave. Discard any mixed formula not consumed within 1 hour. Always follow the instructions on your packaging.
